3 things that i found out .
With one child policy , parents can concentrate all their attention and education to their only child
Singapore no longer have a two child policy as its population is going down.
China still have a one child policy

2 perceptions gained
We have to consider the consequences and the benefits of the furture when we want to implement a policy
We must look from other peoples shoes

1 question i have

Are Singapore and China the only countries that implemented these policies

Reflection on Chingay 2016

The Chingay Parade was originally made to celebrate the festive season of chinese new year after fireworks were banned but it was so popular among the locals that it started becoming a annual festival. Lights of legacy brighter Singapore . That is the motto of this year chingay parade. I feel that the purpose of the chingay parade was to show how bright a future will be when singapore reaches SG100 . It also promises the dreams and hopes of the people for a better Singapore. The chingay parade was continued since it was so successful at raising the festive spirit of the people that it became an annual festival . From then on , not only will it celebrate the chinese new year but it also incorporated cultures from different races. People were performing in malay clothes in the mini kampong , indians were dancing. They also went to put on different sports they teach in RCs such as pole dancing , jumping on trampolines and taekwondo. The organizers have really fulfilled their purposes well to show the brighter future , dancing with clothes that has bright lights on them , it is spectactcular and also assured people of their future.

Reflection on happiness and poverty

In order to be happy , one does not need to be rich . One also do not need all the fame in the world . One just needs to do something they enjoy , something that will give them that feeling of joy. The first thing many think of when they are asked of happiness is the word rich. But is being rich truly happy. As a matter of fact , we should not even associate rich with happiness. That said , we should also not say being poor makes people sad . Being happy just simply means spending time with your close ones , or having to play with your siblings . These little feelings of happiness , its very simple to get.

Reflection on RV60

To be able to perform for the seniors of a chinese school that has went through alot of hardships through the past i feel amazing. Performing for them is just a little thank you for them for what they haad contributed to our school. Like a grain of sand in the whole world. Through the rehearsals I had not only met a lot of friends i had also learnt what it truly means to be tired and exhasuted but not giving up and persevering. This will be one of the attitude i would most probably don in my school life.

This picture is about gow two of the students are talking to each other during recesss. I find that this is very good as it improves communication among them. Both of them looked very engrossed in their communication .
